Im using plesk 9 + spamassasin + ASL on vpsses.
Im getting crazy off spam, my consumers also.
Now im searching for a working and easy setup solution. I have hardware to setup a Antispam gateway(s)
I have hear Spamexperts is working perfect, but thats not a cheap solution.
Now my qustion is what are your experiences with Project Gamera? Is it a up2date and working solution?
Otherwise what you will advise me, i prefer a free solution, but if the reasults are mucht better and setup is easier i haven't problems with a payed solution. Thanks by forward for sharing your experiences.
Regards, Bob

Re: Most advised anti-spam setup for plesk 9 / 10
PG is a dedicated appliance type project. Its basically using the same method used with qmail-scanner on plesk, just implemented in a more focused way to handle higher volumes of traffic.
So some key technologies it uses are:
greylisting
P2P shared spam signatures (razor, dcc, pyzor)
spamassassin configured with a shared bayes db
clamav + anti-spam sigs
rbl's
You can do all that per server using qmail-scanner in plesk too with:
yum install razor-agents dcc pyzor clamd qgreylist (or psa-spamdyke)
yum install qmail-scanner
