False Positive - Heuristics.Phishing

Hello,
I have a client that receives emails from a local bank that always gets blocked by CLAMDSCAN:Heuristics.Phishing
As far as I can see it only happens from this one person at the bank.
Is there a simple way to white list a specific email address is Clamav?
