I seem to recall that conflicted with ioncube, can anyone else confirm that?

i can confirm that it will brick the server, needed xcache for a customer and after install ioncube went to hell and had to take it back out.

It will not break Ioncube if is loaded before any Zend extension. So just simply rename xcache.ini into axcache.ini and the issue is solved, working like a charm.
The only issue what I have, that cache the PHP files and users when upload with FTP need to wait to see the changes, should check the date and if was changed to reload ... anyone if know a workaround :-)
