Hello,

How can cancle my service and give money back or downgrade my service to rule only package?
Because our server is whm/cpanel and we cant use your product (ASL) on our server.

anti-spam system might be getting you then, where are you sending from?

Because our server is whm/cpanel and we cant use your product (ASL) on our server.
Actually, the only part thats cpanel specific is modsecurity, and if you are already using modsecurity then you should be able to use ASL 2.2 which has its own stand alone GUI.

What is it exactly that you cant get to work?

Yup, looks like you're sending from an IP address on the spamhaus blacklist:

Can you try sending a test message? Worst case we can whitelist you
