Blank template under domain template.

How do I get rid of this template? Here is the error message I get when I use the CP to delete it:

It has no name associated with it and I've removed all templates from the CP by deleting them there and the above message is generated by the corrupt template and I can't seem to find this domain in any of the PSA tables.

Any clue where to look next? I'd post this on the Parallels forums but my user id is not authorized to post.. go figure. Guess I'll have to create a new one there.
