I have huge problem, i have a 1and1 server in european (GERMAN) datacenter.
My server has crashed, (KERNEL OPS)

I dont know why this happened... but i cannot access my server anymore, called support and asked them to allow access to my ip to the BACKUP ftp (since it is only accessible from 1and1 servers) so I can download my last backup file to restore it in another server (outside 1and1), but they wont allow me acces, neither give me a user account on one 1and1 server so i can access to the backup file and upload it to my other server...
So would anyone in european(german) 1and1 datacenter donwload the file for me, or give me user access for 2 or 3 hours, so i can download my file from the backup ftp server in the datacenter...
PLEASE, i will give some kind of present or reward $ for the favor...
Scott i think you have servers in 1and1, i'm a client of yours, you would do me a huge favor if you help me on this...
