PHP 5.2.8-3 ART

I noticed two things with the 5.2.8-3 PHP packages.

1. The php.ini in the package defaults to safe_mode off, doesn't set an include_path and doesn't contain an extension_dir setting. Is that right?

2. Upgrading to php-gd 5.2.8-3 shows the following warning twice:
warning: user mockbuild does not exist - using root

Thats probably OK, I based it on the FC11 design
