PHP 4.4.1 rpm - will it contain hardened php patch?

I was going to install the hardened php patch, but I saw that ART's rpms come with the patch pre-installed.

I was wondering if also the next PHP release will contain the patch and if there are known problems caused by the patch on Plesk 6 systems.

I had it in there, but pulled it out. Either the way Im building it is causing modules to break, or thats what its supposed to do. I havent had enough time lately to fool around with it to rule out a bug on my part.
