i had a ipchange, and after that my mail isn't working anymore

what could have caused this? I can receive mail from my other server in a diff DC, but from my home or lycos i get no email

thats telling you that the mail server on the other side isnt responding to your connection attempt. Its not a problem on your system, other than perhaps youre on an RBL, or something like that.
