php-fpm won't install in PLESK 11.5

Newbie here. Happily used the atomicorp repo in the past on PLESK 8.6. Am now building a PLESK 11.5 server. Here's the error messages from

I have tried with and without the remi repo enabled. Same result.

That is a problem on the parallels side, either the repo is down or they've changed the path for it
