Hello,
we use atomicorp secured linux with reverse proxy.
We have noticed that some visitors can't access our site anymore. The most visitors can use our site without any problems. It's only a handful of visitors who have connection problems.
In the audit and error log are no IP-blocking alerts.
No iptable rules was defined which maybe blocks these users.
So I think the problem has nothing to do with the IP adress from the visitor. Is Atomicorp checking/blocking other things maybe?
Hope you can help me.
Sorry for my bad english.

Re: User got blocked
Anything ASL does it will tell you in the ASL web console. So if it is blocking anything, it would definitely tell you there what it did and why it did it.
We'd be happy to help you figure out whats going on, please just send an email to support and we'll get right on it.
