rebuilding php-4.4.2-3.art.src.rpm

I am trying to rebuild ART's php rpm but I get this:

configure: error: This c-client library is built with Kerberos support.

Add --with-kerberos to your configure line. Check config.log for details.

error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.39073 (%build)

Any ideas?

I saw that post and it did not answer my question as I am on a Centos 4.3 box and I do not have these files .rpmmacros or .rpmrc so I am not sure how to avoid the Kerberos issue.

Or do I have to create them?
