quota not compiled on 2.6.14-4.artsmp

Unread post by zeki »

hi there
how i can activate quota in the asl kernel?

i get this message during installation of psa8.01:

===> Installing Quotas
Trying to change quota limits... done
Run quotacheck. This may take some time.
Trying to check for quota support... Quota is not supported by your operating system.
Probably kernel has not compiled in quota support.

Is that on the 2.6.11 or 2.6.14 kernel? I can't believe I missed something like that...

Shoot this one to the support list to track it in the future. I am the primary developer on the kernel part of ASL, so its fine to post those things here. Sending it to support will keep it tracked on our internal developers list.
