Questions
Questions about the AOOI:
How long does it typically take for the script to download the image via bittorrent?
Looking at the script, it appears that you can execute the script to download the image and set it up, and then back up all your data before rebooting. Is that the recommended way to do it, or do I need to have all my data backed up before I start the script at all? It would be beneficial to wait until the last minute to run the Plesk backup so that I catch any e-mail that is delivered while the script is running. I might even perform the backup twice just to be safe (before I run the script and just before I reboot).
How long does it typically take for the OS to install and be ready for me to install Plesk and restore my data?
I suppose that for mail purposes, I could block SMTP via the external firewall before I perform the backup. Most SMTP servers would just keep trying to deliver the mail and do so once I open it back up, right?
Thanks again for the help and advice.

Yes, or you could just stop the qmail service, run a backup and then use the AOOI script. I have no experience with it, so I can't give you any time estimates.
