Well it sounds like we are in the same boat. I also had a completely fresh install of FC3 and MySQL was also the first thing I tried to install.

Will try a re-install and will let anybody reading this thread know whether it solved my problem.

I have gotten a bit further.
I have done a clean install, then updated the box by running:

Code: Select all

yum update

Then changed yum.conf and tried to do

yum update mysql

Now I get the following output:

I do not know how to help myself any further. I will do a request for commercial support (as suggested above).
