Anyway, your repo file looks stock. I guess one of those httpd-devel packages is 32-bit and the other 64-bit. You can check by running this:

rpm -q --queryformat="%{name}-%{version}-%{release}.%{arch}" httpd-devel
You can remove the package for a specific architecture by appending it to the package name like this:

yum remove httpd-devel.i386
Or you can just get rid of both versions:

Thank you. I would not install a 32-bit on a 64-bit. Maybe my customer did and this causes me to wonder. I have upgraded PHP many times but 5.3 almost always seems to break.
