hey,

I have got plesk 7.1.7 installed on my Fedora Core 2 server. I want to upgrade mysql 3.23 to mysql 4.1.2 and through this forum I found out that I can do it using yum. I just started yum upgrade mysql but it stopped at this error.

# yum upgrade mysql

.conflict between mysql and psa

I tried stopping the mysql service and doing it again but still no luck. Do I need to update psa first to get mysql updated. I don't know :( , Can anyone help please.

Thanks

Yep thats a failsafe, mysql 4.1 will break PSA older than 7.5.4
