Two required RPM's missing. DOM-XML & MCRYPT

Unresolvable chain of dependencies:
php-domxml-4.4.2-3.rhel4.art requires php = 4.4.2-3.rhel4.art
php-mcrypt-4.4.2-3.rhel4.art requires php = 4.4.2-3.rhel4.art

What is suggested to get around this the easy way and not lose these two?

I assume you're trying to upgrade to PHP 5? Then read the instructions.
