Just buyed a new Dedicate Server on ev1 (Plesk)

but gcc 3.4.5 and php 4.3.9-3.15 are installed (there's no newest version for PHP excluding version 5 ?)

but if i install 2.4.2 for centOS give me many errors...

If youre going to use CentOS updates on a RHEL box, I really recommend just reinstalling it as a CentOS box. You'll save yourself a lot of time and trouble maintaining the system.

did you get a redhat up2date subscription? You'll probably want to use that instead of yum on a rhel box.
