I need most updated version oh PHP 4 (i don't want to install PHP 5 at this moment)

with Plesk 8.0.1

Thats not one of my packages so I cant really help you there. Ive got 4.4.4 in the asl-testing channel (requires subscription)

And you've got php-4.3.9-3.i386.rpm

it saved my butt so please don't delete it
