Accessing subdomains/.../httpdocs via the File Manager

I never use the File Manager myself, but clients do use it. One of them noticed you are unable to access the httpdocs folder of a subdomain that doesn't have the same user/password as the parent domain via the File Manager. Even when logged in as admin this doesn't work. Do you guys see this too? Is there a workaround or is this is a bug in Plesk 8.0.1?

The error I get is:
Error: Unable to change directory to /subdomains/subdomain/httpdocs/: filemng failed: filemng: opendir failed: Permission denied

System error 13: Permission denied

I've always had that problem, because the owner is different. One would think the psacln group would be used to access it though..

Right. No reason to deny access to the admin, right? Got root and all that.

Well it's annoying to the client who can't access their own files in the subdirectories ...

Yeah, that too.

I informed SWsoft of this problem through their feedback form. Is that the way to go or does SWsoft have a secret bugzilla-ish system somewhere where I can report this bug?
