upgrade php-4.4.4 source error

I download the file of php-4.4.spec and php-4.4.4-1.art.src.rpm

then build as follows ...

#rpm -ivh php-4.4.4-1.art.src.rpm
.
#rpmbuild -ba php-4.4.spec

but it`s display the message as follows, how to resolve ?
