Redirected mail is scanned twice

Redirected mail is scanned twice

I'm running qmail-scanner-1.24st on a 3ES box with PSA 7.5.1. And I'm pretty happy with qmail-scanner's performance. The only thing bothering me is the fact that redirected e-mail always gets scanned twice: On its way into the server, and again on its way back out.

Is there any way I can prevent qmail-scanner from scanning outbound e-mail? Since only a very small, controlled group of users can send e-mail through this particular server, there is really no need to scan outbound mail for spam or viruses. Ideally, qmail-scanner should only scan e-mail that's being transmitted from external servers.

Not that Im aware of without using tcpserver, however there may be patches on the q-s mailing list that might give you this kind of functionality
