I'm running Plesk 8.1 on Centos 4.4.
I just uninstalled psa-spamassassin and spamassassin, and installed ART's version, along with razor, dcc, and pyzor. Spamassassin is running, but it's not scanning emails.

My local.cf says this:

I'm getting an error in my mail log:

I saw this post, but haven't updated or used rules_du_jour.

I restarted SpamAssassin several times as well as the qmail.

I sent a GTUBE test and it got through without being tagged as spam. Is there something else I need to do to get SpamAssassin running? Thanks for your help.

I just checked and clamd is not scanning either, although it is installed.

I uninstalled it (yum erase clamd clamav) and reinstalled.

Clamd is running, but nothing's showing up in my mail log. Yesterday it was up and running (before I uninstalled psa-spamassassin).

I think I must have crapped something up.

have you run qmail-scanner-reconfigure?

I'm getting this error in my maillog

Apr 13 09:38:50 as X-Qmail-Scanner-2.01st: [as.alarm-inc.com11764823307635195] clamdscan: corrupt or unknown clamd scanner error or memory/resource/perms problem - exit status 512/2

I've tried changing the ownership of /var/log/clamav and /var/run/clamav to qmailq:qmail and qscand:qscand. Then I run qmail-scanner-reconfigure, but I'm still getting the same error.

I see this error is described in this post and this post but I never updated clamav and the other one thread is fighting about relaylock.

I'm running Centos 4.4 and Plesk 8.1 The only changes I've made have been to get rid of psa-spamassassin. And now I realize that before I uninstalled it, I was having the same problem. It has something to do with an error in qmail-scanner.
