Procmail Setup

Can anyone help me set up procmail

procmail-3.22-17.1.el5.centos

this is whats install on my VZPP and Plesk 8.2

is there a way that when ever a mail user is created on any givin domain on the psa server that it creats the Junk folder and puts the procmail script in the qmail/mailnames/domain.com/
