Plesk Not installing

After installing CentOS 4.5(FINAL) I can not seem to get plesk to install now. I downloaded this from the tut on 1and1faq.com

wget http://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk ... ntOS_4_x86

and alls I get when I try to install it is an error that says:
Resolve components
Can't select which of conflicting packages add to blacklist: mysql-server-4.1.20-2.RHEL4.1.x86_64 or mysql-5.0.48-1.el4.centos.x86_64: both branches of prediction ends with fail.
ERROR: Installation impossible
Errors just before:
- Trying to find direct requires for 'mysql >= 4' of package xrms-1.19-80018.noarch
- Append necessary package in selectBestResolvers mysql-5.0.48-1.el4.centos.x86_64
- In necessary list is already package mysql-server-4.1.20-2.RHEL4.1.x86_64 which is conflicts with the package mysql-5.0.48-1.el4.centos.x86_64 which is being added

ERROR: Installation failed
