I believe SWsoft only has a version available that works on Mac OS X Workstation (i.e. not Mac OS X Server). Though I have never tried the Mac version of Plesk and don't know anyone that uses it. I believe OS X Server is actually pretty nice by the way. Maybe you can install a Plesk supported Linux distribution on the Xserve if you don't want/need to run OS X Server on the Xserve?

I think you should be able to get CentOS on that. If anyone can get me access to one I can see if I can modify AOOI to rebuild it.

A script I put together to re-image a server with CentOS4 or 5. So far Ive tested it on Fedora 1-6, Redhat 9, SuSE, and Debian. Id like to see if I can get it working on ubuntu, OSX, and freebsd but I havent had any systems to test that on yet.
