AOOI - Error downloading kickstart file - FC6 1and1 x86_64

Hi - maybe Scott or someone can help me?
I have a recent 1and1 Enterprise Root Server II, running FC6 64bit, and I am trying to go to CentOS 5 64bit using the AOOI script.
It downloads the ISOs ok and reboots, but then in the serial console I see that the CentOS installer gets stuck and brings up a screen that says:
Error downloading kickstart file
Unable to download the kickstart file. Please modify the kickstart parameter below or press Cancel to proceed as an interactive installation.
hd:sda2/ks-1and1-x86_64.cfg
Any ideas how to proceed? It seems that the path isn't correct, or that my hard disk isn't showing up? I have tried changing sda2 variously to sda1, sda3, sdb2 - but to no effect.
Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
/frogg

can you send me the output of fdisk -l?

# fdisk -l

but unfortunately, we will not get a chance to re-try a CentOS upgrade for another day or two - if at all. this is because the machine will be going live as one of our production servers.
luckily everything on it will be in vmware, so we may still try the os upgrade again at a later date - because it should not impact the virtual servers.
don't know if this is useful too:-
# cat /etc/fstab

and you're using this right?
wget -q -O -
http://www.atomicorp.com/installers/aooi |sh
this should report version 0.9.2

Same problem

Hi Scott,
I also had the same problem as the other user with the 1and1 FC6 x64 miminal image. Also on Enterprise Root Server II. I used wget -q -O -
http://www.atomicorp.com/installers/aooi |sh
It couldn't find the kickstart file. The mount just before reboot showed:
/dev/sda1 on / type ext3 (rw)
none on /proc type proc (rw)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,gid=5,mode=620)
/dev/sda5 on /usr type xfs (rw)
/dev/sda6 on /var type xfs (rw)
/dev/sda7 on /home type xfs (rw,usrquota)
none on /tmp type tmpfs (rw)
none on /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc type binfmt_misc (rw)
/dev/sda2 on /mnt type ext3 (rw)
/mnt/CentOS-5.0-x86_64-bin-1of7.iso on /mnt/1 type iso9660 (rw,loop=/dev/loop0)
I don't see the kickstart mounted.
follow up

Just reimaged and tried with fc4 64 bit. Same problem. This time I confirmed the kickstart file was in /mnt which should be sda2.

What path does lilo.conf indicate its using for the kickstart file, and what file exists in /mnt?

In lilo.conf the atomic section reads:
image=/boot/vmlinuz.atomic
label=atomic
initrd=/boot/initrd.img
append="ks=hd:sda2/ks-1and1-x86_64.cfg console=ttyS0,57600n8"
In /mnt:
:/mnt # ls
1 CentOS-5.0-x86_64-bin-1of7.iso CentOS-5.0-x86_64-bin-2of7.iso ks-1and1-x86_64.cfg lost+found
# mount
/dev/sda1 on / type ext3 (rw)
proc on /proc type proc (rw)
sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw)
udev on /dev type tmpfs (rw)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,mode=0620,gid=5)
/dev/sda5 on /usr type xfs (rw)
/dev/sda6 on /var type xfs (rw,usrquota)
/dev/sda7 on /home type xfs (rw,usrquota)
/dev/sda8 on /srv type xfs (rw,usrquota)
none on /tmp type tmpfs (rw)
/dev/sda2 on /mnt type ext3 (rw)
/mnt/CentOS-5.0-x86_64-bin-1of7.iso on /mnt/1 type iso9660 (rw,loop=/dev/loop0)
I'm now using the SUSE 10 image, 3rd unique image tried so it seems the problem is with the enterprise server config.

The kickstart doesnt mount, its just a config file that it uses at boot time. So what message do you get on the grub console when you try to reboot into the installer image?

the screen that comes up after reboot is:
