Just reading about e-accelerator - looks good, I was keen to try out APC, but since you have this ready to roll Scott I might give this a shot. A few questions:

- i assume this latest build requires php 5.2.5?
- does it install as a PHP extension, or a zend extension?

Anyone else given it a whirl yet?

Yep, I use it on my server, its just a regular old php module. Nothing fancy.

Excellent - will give it a whirl once 5.2.5 goes "final" in ART :)

What are you waiting for exactly? The 5.2.5 packages have been available in the atomic repo for a couple of days now.

I have had a strange include_path problem on 32-bit CentOS with them though and reverted to 5.2.3 for now. I created a little test script and Scott was able to reproduce this problem.

Have checked the changelog for a bit - thanks for the heads up. But since im CentOS 4 32bit here, I might hold off if you are having problems at the moment.
