Is psmon run from cron my default?

I run a psmon from shell and I get three errors about it can't start 3 services.

Failed to spawn 'pop3d-ssl' with '/sbin/service pop3d-ssl restart'
Command executed: /sbin/service pop3d-ssl restart

pop3d-ssl: unrecognized service



Failed to spawn 'imapd' with '/sbin/service imapd restart'

imapd: unrecognized service



Failed to spawn 'imapd-ssl' with '/sbin/service imapd-ssl restart'

imapd-ssl: unrecognized service

Any idea's why these fail? I see the pids there in /var/run as per psmon.conf file in /etc

I am running FC6
