Root 1 FC6 -> AOOI -> CentOS5 Partitions

Hi all,
I am using the AOOI installer to go from a FC6 Root 1 server to a CentOS 5 installation. It works to a certain degree, however after configuration I am left with partitions like those below. i.e. sdb2 has been destroyed and therefore the raid is also incorrect. I can easily correct this from the command line, however is this normal?
Regards,
Nige.
# fdisk -l /dev/sda
Disk /dev/sda: 160.0 GB, 160041885696 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 19457 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sda1 * 1 123 987966 fd Linux raid autodetect
/dev/sda2 124 367 1959930 7 HPFS/NTFS
/dev/sda3 368 19457 153340425 fd Linux raid autodetect
