Can ASL be updated via ARTs Yum Updater?
Noticed these packages:
asl.noarch 1:1.9.8-12.el5.art asl-2.0
denyhosts.noarch 2.6-13.el5.art asl-2.0
kernel.i686 1:2.6.24.2-2.art asl-2.0
mod_security.i386 2.5.1-1.el5.art asl-2.0
sos.noarch 1.7-9.2.el5 updates
Update ASL 2 via Atomic Yum Updater
Everything went fine.
Updated via ART Yum Updater then booted-in new kernel

The only things I can think of to worry about on it would be an event that causes the plesk httpsd to restart while its running, and if it takes longer than 10 minutes. Either one could result in yum being stopped during the update. There is probably some clever PHP way to throw that process into the background, but I havent had a chance to work that out yet (PHP coders? Thoughts?)
