I see this should be updated and is installed on my server:

psa-kronolith.noarch 2.1.8-1.el5.art atomic
[root@godslove ~]# rpm -q psa-kronolith
psa-kronolith-2.1.6-cos5.build83071218.19

I have the spamassassin and clamd from atomic so do I need to update this since it looks like a different version than the one already on my server?

Thank you!

If you want to know what a package is/does, see rpm -qi <packagename>:
Kronolith is the Horde calendar application. It provides a stable and
featureful individual calendar system for every Horde user, and
collaboration/scheduling features are starting to take shape. It makes
extensive use of the Horde Framework to provide integration with other
applications.
Plesk was shipping a version with vulnerabilities. Scott packaged Kronolith 2.1.8 and distributed it through the atomic channel. Shortly after Parallels released an update to Kronolith 2.1.8 for Plesk 8.4.
