anyone know what that means on the command line after i start the upgrade with the installer on the shell?

Folgendes könnte das Fehlschlagen der Installation verursacht haben:
Pakete "mod_perl-1.99_16-4.5.i386" und "mod_perl-2.0.3-1.el4s1.3.i386" können nicht gleichzeitig installiert werden
.



Es wurden nicht alle Pakete installiert.

This packages can not installed at the same time!

"mod_perl-1.99_16-4.5.i386"
"mod_perl-2.0.3-1.el4s1.3.i386"

hmmm...

i have only isntalled the 2.0.3

[root@star ~]# rpm -qa mod_perl
mod_perl-2.0.3-1.el4s1.3
[root@star ~]#

That's a package from the CentOS Plus repository. Plesk seems to want to install the regular CentOS mod_perl package. You may have more luck upgrading by installing the rpms yourself (yum/rpm) and not using the autoinstaller.
