Qmail greylisting support for outgoing mail

I've got some mails rejected because my mailserver doesn't seem to support greylisting (CentOS 5, Plesk 8.3) :?

I thought the "Greylisting for Qmail" ART packages were only for using greylisting for your own spam filtering (for incoming mail) and Plesk's Qmail implementation already had greylisting support on board for sending mail?!
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at xxx.xx.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<xxx@xxx.xx>:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xx does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 450 <xxx@xxx.xx>: Recipient address rejected: Try again later
Giving up on xxx.xxx.xxx.xx.
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.

Or is there something wrong with the timeout time for the mail queue? Or something else?

That message is coming from the other side. Looks like they have some kind of extremely aggressive design, theres not really much you can do about it

Isn't there anything I can do? It's a major provider in our country ...
Today I heard from some people they got a bunch of mails today. So they got delayed with a few days :?

What about greylisting (for sending mail) and Plesk's Qmail implementation? Is it supported by default?
As the only thing I heard from some other users is that they have implemented greylisting. Should I change any "retry time" setting or so?

Btw: xxx.xx are two different hosts of course in my previous message. Just to make sure:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yyy.yy.

Its not on your side, that other mail server isn't accepting from yours. Youd need to contact them about it
