What is the difference???

Why is there a difference in plesk installs..
I have seen some (mine) with client files located in home/httpd/vhosts/domain-name

while others I have noticed are located in var/www/vhosts/domain-name

What causes these install variations??

The original path in was /home/httpd/vhosts, and changed to /var/www/vhosts in I think 7.0. If you're using a box that has been upgraded from an older version, thats probably what is going on.

My box was on psa8.4 but had clients in /home/httpd....
But now that I have had a new drive installed and re-image.. the sites are located in var/www....
Although at a quick glance I am pretty sure it has been simlinked to the original /home/httpd... location.
A few issues at the moment.. that theplanet are still trying to correct...
Plesk wont start.. has errors like

Emails not working.. gunna guess thats because plesk is not working.. but at least after 2 days of downtime they have managed to get websites back up lol
