high problem httpd

Hi every one , I have very big problem with my plesk server
httpd service stop working after 4 -5 or 10 days ' and I'am absolute need to reboot to restart it.

I'am on centos 5 , all update aplay. asl last , qmail etc...

Any one already have this kind of bug. ???
want I need to log for debug ........ I dont know
