Plesk Not Start After Upgrade

Plesk Not Start After Upgrade

hi just Got a New VPS from my company , iot comes with plesk 8.1 and centos 4.2

so , i use the method on your home page to install yum and and update ,

but i was getting the error , psa serivce not aviable and then try to start the serive it faild ,

ok i think may be problem with asl , or may be probleming with direct upgrade to 8.1 to 8.6

so reinstall my os via virtuzoo

then go to auto updater and simply update to 8.2 ,

after recing email from vps that update done, there still same eroor

could be a failed PSA upgrade, what does rpm -q psa return?
