UK VPS provider wanted

Hi,
I'm looking for a VPS provider in the UK that is also an ART user and employs good security and updates.
I need a UK based VPS with at least 3 dedicated IPs with the option to expand. I currently use a US based VPS which is just too dam slow to connect to and do anything in Plesk.
Latest Plesk and PHP/MySQL is needed too.
