Connection throttling for Project Gamera

http://www.atomicorp.com/wiki/index.php ... iting_Load explains how to set up connection throttling for SMTP using xinetd. Qmail on Project Gamera doesn't use xinetd. What are the options for connection throttling for Project Gamera? Iptables?

its using tcpserver, so the rules for that would apply
