Problem with Domain Templates

Hi,

Since the last major up date (possibly when the FTP died) I now can't add domains using any domain template with Hard Disk Limits set.

I have a template called Host 10, limits on that template is number of email accounts but also the disk space is limited to 10 MB.

When I attempt to add a domain using this template, or any of the others with limits set, I get the following:

Unable to accept the template: the following limitations are exceeded.
Hard disk quota 10485760 not supported

If I use the unlimited domain template with no limits it's fine. Any idea what has caused this?

Matt

Qouta support is not there in the FTP build anymore apparently.

In a follow up to this problem, it doesn't matter which domain template, IP or client I use. Also I created a new template from scratch and the same happened.

My Plesk licence is good for 100 domains on this server, and I haven't reached that yet. Over 100 GB of drive space left as well.

I just tick unlimited under hard disk quote.

I'll see how things go with that. Still it's a little annoying.

Thanks,

Matt
