This is the error that I am getting when using the Plesk repository:

http://3es.atomicrocketturtle.com/chann ... repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404: Not Found
Trying other mirror.
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: plesk. Please verify its path and try again

That repo no longer exists, you should only have to clear your cache to get the new list

yum clean all

I cleaned my cache and still nothing. Disabled it for now

Do you have the new plesk.repo? The old one was a hardcoded baseurl to the 3es box. If you do you can update it by running the atomic installer again
