its possible to configure that apache files that are owner by the ftp user? (wth php as fcgi) ?
i only know suphp till now...

Yeah, running in FCGI with php will make it run as the ftp user instead of apache.

Plesk 9.2.1 is out now (came out a couple days ago) and to be honest I havent used it yet - was waiting for the kinks in 9.x to be worked out but there are lots of people who are using it and have good things to say in the psa forums (an equal number dont though so test everything first).

0.7.x has a lot of changes and is not yet ready the PLESK modification. We do not suggest to use it, use 0.6.x
