Repostory conflict ?

Repostory conflict ?

I run yum update and I get this error :

Now when I run a list on yum the package libicu.x86_64 3.6-5.11.2 is installed and marked in white letters and below there is the libicu.x86_64 4.0.1-3.el5.art atomic


What happens now ?
