I accidentally installed phpmyadmin from atomic's repo (I had two VNC windows open. I though was in one when I was actually in the other. Dumb mistake!)

I'm just wondering if this will affect anything on the plesk server or plesk's phpmyadmin?

Can I remove atomic's phpmyadmin through yum without breaking plesk's phpmyadmin?

The phpmyadmin in Plesk is in a different area (I really wish it were that easy to upgrade it). You should be able to remove it without problem.
