after remove your package and install the one from plesk the calendar is back.

is this a bug in your kronolith packages ?

Both Plesk and ART provide a Horde 2.1.8 package, but yeah, ART's package seems to have some problems (at least this calendar problem). I believe the ART package was released at a time when there was a vulnerability in Plesk's psa-horde package which was fixed by upgrading to 2.1.8, but Plesk took a while to get that update out. It has been out for quite a while now, so maybe it's better to just pull the ART version of psa-horde?

I would, except that people are still running older versions of plesk with the vulnerability that it fixed. All the way back to 5.0 if you can believe that. (Yes, Ive told them to upgrade already... :P)

Maybe change the spec file then to make it incompatible with versions of Plesk that do have a version 2.1.8 psa-horde package?

That would then prevent an upgrade event if you're on an older version of plesk to a newer one.
