what is mysqltuner?

I see references to "update mysqltuner 1.1.1 to channel [atomic] in archive....
Please explain what this is... I looked on your main site and cannot find anything on this...
ALso, is the "best Practice" at this point to wait for php 5.2.11 because 5.2.10 is buggy?

Mysqltuner is a utility for tuning mysql performance. Written by one of the rackspace guys.
And yes on php 5.2.11, if more people could test it out that would be great.

You can always ask yum:
