Domain keys being called...

I've made sure domain-keys is off in the plesk-cp and all domains yet I'm seeing this in the headers of email:
DomainKey-Status: no signature
Received: (qmail 6635 invoked by uid 10067); 6 Nov 2009 07:20:33 -0600
Received: from 123.18.79.73 by gz.galacticzero.net (envelope-from <thrillingoxfy9293@willismedia.com>, uid 2020) with qmail-scanner-2.08st

Also, it appears that spamassassin is not scanning emails, yet the process is running along with clamd, pyzor, dcc, etc...
qmail-scanner-reconfigure takes ~30 mins to complete... I don't think that is normal, at least I don't remember eariler versions taking that long to complete. First two checks, clamd and spamd configure fine and quick, it's the rest that takes so bloody long.
Specs:
Latest ART spmad, qmail-scanner clamd .2 waiting on .3 to be released. PSA 9.2.1
