Plesk 8.6 Linux Backup Error

A customer was trying to do a backup to an external FTP location and the hour glass just sits on the screen. I don't know where to look or how to stop it. Other domains appear to backup fine. This is installed on Virtuozzo 3 using ez-templates.

I don't know where or how to stop this process. There isn't an icon makred Backup Manager. It's called Backuip Settings. Nowhere do I see a place to stop any backup from running on Plesk 8.6 for Linux on Virtuozzo 3.
