When accessing phpMyAdmin through the plesk interface, I immediately get an error telling me that the user admin password for the mysql database is wrong...this also drops my Plesk connection leaving me with no plesk interface...
Then after required login to mysql (ssh), going through the hassle of re-synching the passord correctly with the mysql, I can log back into plesk...then if I go to PhpMyAdmin through plesk, i loose the connection and have to re-synch everythng again..
Is this a Plesk BUG, or is there something I have configured incorrectly? Maybe in my.cnf?

Re: PhpMyAdmin loses mysql password
Thats definitely not a plesk bug, I use the db admin front end all the time. Sounds like something is wrong with the box
Re: PhpMyAdmin loses mysql password
Here is the error when using the "webadmin" through the plesk interface:
ERROR: PleskFatalException
Unable to connect to database: saved admin password is incorrect.
0: common_func.php3:108
psaerror(string 'Unable to connect to database: saved admin password is incorrect.')
1: auth.php3:93
Had to ask around here, the plesk forum is so slow....
ADDENDUM:::::
Just got it to work, there was a USER ERROR involved in the process of re-saving the password....
